Nice work!!!
Awesome!!
Really awesome work. It’s clear how much thought and effort you put in, especially relating it to the crown of the Chrysler. Even if this silhouette isn’t totally my cup of tea, this would absolutely be an icon.
This is vraiment magnifique, merci beaucoup et fantastique!
Very impressive and far beyond anything I could make. Only complaint: It doesn’t look thick enough for 2.5M sf. In some renders it looks thinner than 1 Vandy which doesn’t make sense.
c’est incroyable, excellent travail sur la conception et votre anglais est vraiment bon.
That could be mitigated by adjusting the angle that it tapers which would result in a significantly taller structure at the rumored square footage.
This is magnificent work. You should be very proud of yourself. What is the floor height in your plan?
Hi everybody, Merci Beaucoup !!! I’m very glad you like it I know that the dimensions seems to be a bit short compared to the planned floor space. Hope it will results in an higher skyscraper, it could be really awesome at this location. About the floor height,it is 4 meters high but I had to make it larger or smaller sometimes because I began to work with an empty envelope so it needed to fit with the shrinking aspect of the tower. Nevermind the final design, I hope they will “bring a new icon in the skyline” as the developers said
Very good work
Now I’m going to be upset if they don’t build the building exactly like this. 1500 roof height seems so much taller than the neighboring buildings, imagine if one Vanderbilt were 1501’.
I was waiting for +1800ft tower , i am disappointed , i hope they will increase the height of this building to make it as a singature building in midtown !!!
This is simply epic! Would be my favorite building in the city.
You can cool your jets. This is a fan rendering. We still don’t know what this tower will look like.
I hope that 350 Park happens. Between the Grand Hyatt, 270 Park, 350 Park, the MTA HQ, The Roosevelt, and 1 Vandy, this area will be out of control.
I’m hoping with the Roosevelt they build on top of it like 111 west 57th
I do too, but it won’t happen. My preference is to preserve the Roosevelt.
I wouldn’t mind that if the air rights get transferred to one of the other properties in the corridor. It would suck for all that up-zoning to go to waste because PIA wanted to preserve the air rights for some theoretical future redevelopment.
Super travail Abri! Impressionnant !
Looking forward a curvy tower however, showing its shapes. We’re starting to get a bit too many spires in midtown…
Spires are dire for the skyline in my opinion. Midtown is doing great with that
