Question was asked on if the crown lighting, and they are saying they are working on that. Unknown.
The HEIGHT HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED.
He was saying the building shown (in the images) is slightly less than the real one (height)… could be larger.

i’d be surprised if there are no comments on the proximity to the Chrysler Building. From what you’ve posted so far its mostly been related to GCT.

Oh yes, our journey towards diminishing the impact of the MetLife/Pan Am Building is almost complete.
This proposed building is gorgeous. They accomplished a huge af building mass while also paying deference to Grand Central and Chrysler. Not an easy feat.
The base in particular is amazing. It complements the openness of 1VB on the other side.

Chrysler tower is almost 100 years old. Same as the ESB. Time for the skyline to have new icons, here on Grand Hyatt and with the Empire station project

Somebody from the public is asking about shadow studies (of course lol of course)… they are saying they will look at that during environmental studies.
Timeline for environmental studies is Spring.
