Maybe they will start the black cladding over that south column on madison first? Seems to be the only column covered in that blue material.

I think this stone column facade was supposed to look darker than it is. The renders looked better in dark colors anyway. Not as good in real life I guess- it is kind of dull.

I agree. It came out well. This area is quickly transforming.

Looks good. All the units in this building have massive ceiling heights and the pool in the lower level is huge. Too bad many of the lower level units face directly into the neighboring building.
