I think that T Mobile is part of the site too.

I had looked up all of these parcels on ACRIS a while ago.

Only the corner building is being shown on ACRIS as being owned by an Extell LLC, the T Mobile building is on land owned by the apartment building behind it/on the opposite corner. The 2 small buildings on 3rd ave are owned by the same people.

But in general, the corner lot is plenty big to build a sizeable building, 1558 3rd Ave a block north has a very similar footprint to the corner building Extell now owns.

Is the former Child’s Place store part of Extell’s assemblage? As noted, I looked at ACRIS months ago and don’t recall the specifics.

Yeah, the Children’s Place and Papaya King are really in the same building/same lot.
