Can’t wait for this one to rise up. The trees that have overgrown the parcel look cool though, almost a “foresty” look. I heard there was a rat infestation within the trees, though.

I’d say that is a marked improvement on the previous design and the developer’s track record. Looks similar to the towers on 83rd being built.

I oftentimes post articles from the Yimby website onto this forum, but when I do I sometimes feel very silly doing so.

Look at this article - it mentions a 209-foot-tall structure that is 24 stories high.

But the rendering shows a tower that is least 35 stories high.

One would hope the article would address the discrepancy, but that would be too much to ask.
