In terms of Architectural aesthetics: nice design - better than basic building standard. The main question most condo buyers are concerned with brings us back to the Vitruvian Triad of Utility/Solidity/Beauty.

The usefulness/utility factor regarding floor plans, room proportions, windows, natural light and views, etc - are the foremost considerations for condo buyers.

The next most important question regarding firmness/solidity is much harder to discern: is the building ‘well built’ to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality materials.

I would defer to a real estate broker on the question of usefulness/utility as I am not sure what the optimal criteria would be for a residential condo.

I would defer to someone with x-ray vision regarding firmness/solidity as those factors remain largely invisible to the naked eye. :face_with_monocle:

That being said: this is a very handsome looking building - all else beyons that remains a mystery. Oddly, what matters most when buying a condo, are those very attributes that are most difficult to discern. Quite a quandary for a condo buyer.

That’s my take on this project.
Signed, yours truly the Vitruvian Triad Guy. :innocent:
