On the far side you can see the base of the tower crane going in.

Speaking of, I noticed that they built a massive concrete foundation that seems to be just for this crane. It extends way below grade and outside the perimeter of the building. I’ve never noticed such a large foundation for just a crane before. Does anyone know if this is common?
