I see the mods changed this to “completed” but I wonder if that was a premature determination. The latest photo by JC_Heights shows continuing construction on the lower level, evidenced by the remaining scaffolding above the sidewalk.

Not sure if I may have moved to complete prematurely or someone else. They are definitely still working in it though.
