Formwork on the West face is gone, steel should start rising again soon

I’d totally sneak onto a site for pics like this

Do you think that Matthias doesn’t know what building he summited? His post mentions Central Park tower but not Steinway or 111 W. 57th
ALOT of people confuse the 2 on Instagram, I’ve corrected people so many times
I believe I found the reason why steel hasn’t risen in a month
"Class 1 DOB-ECB violations are marked immediately hazardous, and are the most severe DOB-ECB infractions. Cure dates are not offered for Class 1 violations, making it necessary for named respondents to both submit a Certificate of Correction and attend a hearing/pay the subsequent fine in order to fully close a violation.
According to the DOB, proof of compliance for a Class 1 violation must be submitted “immediately,” which is typically recognized as 75 – 90 days from the issue date. Failure to submit a Certificate of Correction before this time frame may result in additional penalties in the form of an AEUHAZ1."
It’s definitely something up in the crown
no stop work order despite that violation.
That’s what I thought I was going to see when I opened the page, but there hasn’t been visible progress on the crown since July 24th
The crown can’t be finished until the BMU is put up there probably, maybe there is an issue with that, and that caused the slowdown?
The floor for it hasn’t been constructed for it yet, but the beams for that level are up on the east side
Hmm, with construction on the crown paused, maybe CPT will top out first after all?
