This IMHO is the modern day equivalent of the Chrysler Building: the most artful crown in town. The other super tall buildings are fine in their own right - but this is something especially artful in its final execution.

I like it when I can see the ART in the Architecture: this one is iconic

This tower is far more like a statue than just another skyscraper, in part due to it’s dimensions.

Can’t wait to visit Central Park at night to see the badass neo-gothic crown glowing warmly high above the city. It will be a true Gotham experience. Also looking forward to standing at the base and seeing the stunning moire shadow patterns on the facade in person.
