That’s a massive office site. Not sure if the demand is there.
I know that it is, but it would be nice to have a few residential towers with retail there.

The number of missing windows at 111 is absurd. I’ve never seen a construction project with this many. I walk by this place every day and it seems it takes them about a few weeks to put in a single pane.
The thing that confuses me most is why they are missing in the first place-- what is happening to them?
I also had this question. It looks ridiculous
