When do you think we’ll hear something new about that site?
I think this year. Milstein is clearing out the building. It’s at least 60% empty.
It will take a while to demolish, start construction, etc.

There was a lot of activity on site today, May 10th.
I can’t wait to see this view in 2 years when this gem dominates this viewpoint.

New YIMBY member here. I took this last Thursday 05/05/16. went by the site yesterday and they were pouring concrete around the areas that are white.

Its the video that saids “million dollar listings”. On the bravo channel but they cropped out a minute and a half of it relating to 111 Murray.
According to the video, its 64 stories. And the model that you see above cost 400k to make.
