Hines’ 7 Bryant Park is making significant progress; the core is now up to the sixth floor. Designed by Pei Cobb Freed + Partners, it will eventually stand 28 stories and 450 feet.

I walked by on the 18th. I think this great tower is topped out, lads.

I would not be surprised to see a flag on Mon.

Interesting, but good news, I guess. They will look puny next to the Bank of America Tower, though.

(Too bad they didn’t build a BIG tower :smile:)
