Part of the problem is that this part of Lex is shoddy. Who wants to pay $5m to live across from this filthy mess?
How do the occupants sleep in these rooms at night?
The entire building is fitted out with ‘sheer’ curtains: not to mention night time privacy.
Those floor to ceiling windows are very popular: seems a bit too exposed to the elements for my taste.
