I like the way it looks but it looks very corporate and besides the slenderness hardly resembles a residential building. Very cold and stiff (though still attractive).

I should add that this wouldn’t necessarily be the case if this were located in a neighborhood that wasn’t quite so tall, but this will most always be cast in shadows…

I agree, Yimby.

This development should have waited for the impending East Midtown rezoning, and something well over 800 ft would have materialized. Along with uninterrupted views (at least at the top) and a more spectacular design. :smirk:
