I imagine it’s constrained by the lot size, which is quite small. Any taller, and you might need another elevator, for example, which might eat into the floor plates too much for a viable building.

From April, I thought it was interesting that they changed the grid color to the darker panel, it doesn’t really do that much.

It has a lot of heavy competition for beauty.
I to was a bit surprised by the black panels. White would be better. As a result my initial enthusiasm for the design has mellowed a bit.
