New sign was put up either yesterday afternoon or today. New website as well. You can click on each tower and view details about it. Oddly, the addresses don’t add up, this is South Division Street at this point, not just Division Street lol.

RXR finally launched leasing for 360 Huguenot so i’d bet on it.

RXR Realty has landed a $131.2 million construction loan for its mixed-use development at 26 South Division Street in New Rochelle, N.Y., Commercial Observer has learned.
Capital One is the lead bank on the financing, providing a 42-month interest-only floating rate loan with two extension options. The deal closed on Valentine’s Day.
FAA filings unveil an official height of 307 FT for the towers. 341 FT for the crane. Taller than their first project at 360 Huguenot which was 285 FT.

Even if the bad press of the virus slows the preconstruction process for other projects (probably unlikely, but who knows), we have this and 14 LeCount to watch rise.
