Hopefully someday they can implement a road diet on Biscayne here. I stayed near here recently and how car-dependent everything is puts something of a damper on quality of life. But I believe Miami can get there with time
You will have better luck dividing by zero than suggesting road diets there unfortunately. There is so many highway widening schemes going on there in that part of Florida and the government is aligned with the President so sensible improvements are unlikley.
