Week or so ago - sorry for the photo overload. I did notice something - I don’t see any vents for PTACs - could this building have central HVAC? Or are the lower floors just going to be used for something other than residential?

You’re right, I don’t see any PTACs. This must be part of the revisions they made they had to bring up to the planning board. From the renders, there’s no visible changes between lower and upper floors. Whatever the case, I’m glad they went with this direction!

Yea PTACs are awful and I’m thankful one of the tallest and most visible buildings in Jersey City will be without them.

Also gotta say, the cladding is really nice! It looks very clean and modern in-person.

PTACs dont have to be terrible looking tho. Urby has them and it looks great imo
