About a month ago they demoed the ground floor slab - doesn’t seem like they fully dug out the foundation though. There hasn’t been much movement since then
Well, they filed some updated plans a few weeks ago.
Now, it looks like they’ve restarted some work

There are pile drivers on site. They’re doing foundation work.

Looking really great! The plaza area is slowly filling up with retail tenants. Rui Tea is open, there’s a restaurant coming as well.
Mostly zipped up on the outside aside from the lower floors. Work is ongoing inside. This is from two weeks ago
The two buildings across Morgan St are also getting some facelifts
