I hope those bus parking lots and warehouses in the foreground are eventually developed. Would be nice to get residential towers on those sites.

It’s a large area of industrial and commercial properties. But I think it’s on the way of becoming more dense. New mid-rise housing has gone up on the outskirts, some renovations on former warehouses into residential, an expanded charter school nearby, and a proposed new fire station to serve the influx of residents. Now they just need to fix the roads, it floods heavily during a storm
