The site of the current county courthouse is being turned into a large park - so more greenspace is coming! 500 Summit Ave is also planned to have some public space and park built in.
@G_Stram I am also hoping to see more break ground - but probably won’t be seeing some till next year. What’s great is a lot of infill is being built. Low and mid rise buildings are being prioritized - with the bigger things to come after. As long as things keep going - I’m sure they’ll start sprouting up again. Some office buildings would be nice too lol
Harborside 8 will probably wait until later in the 4th quarter or next year. I don’t see any active permits and Smorgasburg is using half the parking lot until probably the end of October. Unless they start on the other side of the lot.
The Cove is still being remediated, or looks completed. So who knows when that starts, I haven’t seen anything concrete yet.
I would think Urby 2 would start first since they shifted the festival away from that parking lot, so maybe it’s in anticipation of something.
