The abrupt transition from stone to glass looks awful. It mars the facade of an otherwise handsome tower.

Completely agree. This tower is nice looking with that glaring exception. It’s like you can see exactly where the budget for stone stopped lol

wow, one of the best condo views of Manhattan, ever! …How much is this unit?

In order to have this view you will need to be above the 40th floor. Something like this will cost around 1M currently for a “large” 1Br (over 800sqft) parking included. Personally this is my favorite layout, in the bedroom you get a full view of Jersey. I would totally buy one of these when I have the money lol.
