Facade (curtain wall? Learning my terms) looks to have reached the top floor.
That nub on top certainly looks interesting. Not sure if it was visible in any of the renders?

the nub is a mechanical bulkhead I believe
Honestly the nub is unsightly.
Would have been better if some sort of top level facade was put to hide it better, which is pretty common with buildings this tall. Would have also made the building more interesting. Honestly I’m pretty disappointed with this building. Massive but just a big PTAC tower.

I’m ok on the tower overall but I agree the nub is big and unsightly. If they covered it up and put some lighting on it that might actually add to the profile. But as is it looks pretty awkward.
