Thanks! Maybe 25% of the highrises in JC are visible there in that photo. A large part of the downtown JC skyline, but without Liberty Harbor North or Newport.

In the back left corner you can see they are erecting the metal scaffolding to support the formwork for the second floor, and they’ve already completed the ramp up to that level.

Always find it interesting how some projects move at a glacial pace (multiple towers have started from foundation to topping out after this project started) and others move at a hyperspeed. I’d like to think the slower projects are focused on quality but something tells me its funding dictating how fast contracted crews are. One thing possibly is that the infrastructure for the new ShopRite slowed it down. WholeFoods took a long time to be constructed despite being in an existing property (albeit the inside needed to be converted).
Cant wait for this to top out. It looks like they’ve finally started on the tower portion. So hopefully we see some height coming quickly soon.
