Nope, I walked it today. The Grove St and Sussex/Regent St extensions are both open. Combined with the Morris St extension built when 207 Van Vorst St was built, these extensions have really restored the street grid in the area and made the area really coalesce.

Sweet! And with Jersey Avenue finally being extended to Liberty State Park, Downtown is getting more cohesive.

Some info on the site next door. Currently being marketed as 101 Grove St. with 148 units. Found it here. I’ve never seen these renderings so not sure if this is a past design or more updated one. Either way, I like this one way better!
