The sister site/old 2nd phase of this, 101 Grove St has had a sudden flurry of activity with a pile driver on site and new pipes driven into the ground. Its not legible in the photo but a permit was issued on 9.13.21 for the foundation. It’s also going by 215 Grove St.

I believe this is this plan for a building called One Grove. Most recent information and render here.
12 Floors + Mezzanine Level, 139 ft.

Looks like this will actually be built! Which is good, its currently a fenced off grass lot. Also prefer this design as it blends in more with neighboring 235 Grand.

I’m interested to see what happens to the adjacent lot and that corner.

I swore I saw a plan or proposal somewhere for that adjacent lot. The development map lists it as 250 Morris Blvd but the development map is hardly reliable for getting proper names of developments. If I recall it was for a midrise.

If anyone knows anything please update!

One Grove is being built fast. Guess the hot market is causing faster construction.

Really miss the original concept for both lots. It would have been so prominent in the area.
