The developers of what will be the second Urby tower in downtown Jersey City have landed a nearly $277 million construction loan for the 748-unit residential project.
The lender, Truist, announced Monday that it provided the financing to the joint venture of Urby and Rockpoint as part of a deal arranged by Newmark. It’s a key step for the planned 69-story building at 201 Hudson St., which will rise in the city’s Harborside district alongside the site of Urby’s original project in New Jersey
