As far as potential timeline, they’re aiming for 2024 for tower 1, and 2026 for tower 2 (so they are aiming for phased construction, despite it being a single phase at the Planning Board).

There was (what looks to me like) a piledriver on site for a few weeks but it has since been taken away. Guess something changed.
