Yeah he’s kinda insane. I think he’s over 100 million now, with no signs of slowing down.

It’s not just luck either though, if you look at some interviews he does you’ll see he has great business sense.
Hopefully he brings some much needed business to the American Dream. And hopefully American Dream pays off its debts and becomes profitable, because from a video I watched recently some parts look like they already need a renovation.
