I wonder if that’s a new render/the project was overhauled, because it’s completely different than what has been shown in previous KPF renders.

Well that’s disappointing, the original design had more variantion between the towers, all the towers look almost the same now.
The shapes are boring and the facades are terrible.

Although Dallas and Houston are among the biggest US cities, both have lame downtowns, though Dallas’ is even worse.

The question going forward is when these developers downsize or cancel these projects,what happens to the subsidies from the city?
