Now the developer is looking at a high-rise residential building that would be constructed on Main Street. The 47-story, $195 million residential tower would be built at 2222 Main St., according to planning documents filed with the state.
Dallas architect HKS designed the 800,000-square-foot building, which would open in 2025, the state filings show.
Todd Interests executives confirm that they are working on the project.
