CHICAGO | St. Regis Hotel Chicago (375 E Wacker Dr) | 1,191 FT | 93 FLOORS

Taken by me this morning from the Hilton:

This thing is super noticable from every angle I’ve gotten of the city. Absolutely love it! Still have a ways to go too.

I’ll be updating a lot the next few days. Love the city!!

The glass on this one is beautiful. It’s also working it’s way up the base of the tower very quickly!

Epic Chicago shot. 1/31/19.

3000x2000. Might make for a good wallpaper. Vista and the frozen landscape.

Also this was taken a few days before from a distance. Was wondering what the rest of you think of the glass. I like it, but it also looks a little cheap. Not sure if anyone else agrees.

I know what you mean about the glass but it looks like there might be a protective film over it for now. Sort of like central park tower. Not sure if i’m interpreting that correctly but if you look closely on the last couple pictures, some of the glass panels look like the film was removed.

not a fan on how this is turning out. The facade is very drab unless you stand directly underneath. I can only appreciate it from certain angles, which isn’t desirable in an ultramodern tower.

I believe it’s amazing. It’s a unique tower with a unique shape, like 53W53
