was supposed to be in Changsha IIRC. The company was “Broad Sustainable Buildings” and actually built 2 prototype buildings, with this one supposed to be their marketing coup. It never happened though, and I’m not sure what became of the company since then.
also for the uninitiated, Chinese developers became pretty infamous for making renderings using backgrounds from other cities around the world. It’s less of a thing since Xi came to power, or seems to be at least.
