This is a big one! This has been in the works for awhile and it was first proposed a few years back, but with a different design. They redesigned it and went back to the board and now it’s back! The are currently demoing the site. Here are some facts about the project:

That has always been my exact same thought. It seems like there are still a lot of old crappy buildings there that could be used for great big office buildings. Hopefully this will be looked at more as a good area for businesses. Crossing my fingers!
