Site plan application for the first tower of this block (at the intersection of Chosin Few Way and E 40th St) has been filed, the 26-story tower, with 281 apartments and 6,202 sq ft of retail. But plans are for at least three more towers on this block. Altogether the four towers will have 898 apartments and 14,330 sq ft of retail. Overall, the Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal will have well over 10,000 apartments someday. We’ll see more towers coming up for approval eventually.
