The article contains a link to a pdf that has drawings of the development and the typical units, parking, etc. The shorter and smaller building looks to be an extended stay hotel, as per the drawings.
Itβs 15 floors + a penthouse now instead of 25 floors now, since the city council never passed the rezoning previously requested. 613 apartments, 200 parking spaces, and 5,100 sq ft of retail in 3 retail spaces.
Would make this area way more appealing if they moved the Hoboken Terminal and tracks underground and better connected JC/Hoboken. I bet they could finance the project by selling the land above
