They should pour the ramps to P16 tomorrow
- 3rd level of glass almost complete all the way around. 4th level complete around to Guadalupe,
- Awning roof metal complete on most of the building
- 1st level window framing complete in most of the corner retail areas. I don’t understand why they did this so early. Seems like it’s gonna get damaged.
- Work on 3rd street infrastructure interconnect continues.

Is the name of this building intended to foreshadow the inevitable secession of Texas?
While Texas is still a red state, it’s not as red as you may think. The cities are definitely blue, and there are some big, populated cities in Texas.
