Working on what looks like the 11th/12th parking floors. Only 73 more parking levels to go before they start on actual building space.

Another update from 360_Ray at SSP:

They should pour the ramps to P16 tomorrow

  • 3rd level of glass almost complete all the way around. 4th level complete around to Guadalupe,
  • Awning roof metal complete on most of the building
  • 1st level window framing complete in most of the corner retail areas. I don’t understand why they did this so early. Seems like it’s gonna get damaged.
  • Work on 3rd street infrastructure interconnect continues.
