nice to see this moving forward. Ludlow always seems to have the fewest commuters waiting for a train and the surrounding areas is a run down industrial dump so no one will be displaced.

Certainly ambitious, 800 million is a ton of money. If it was built it would make for a very interesting mix of gentry in nearby Getty Square.

It’s sad that the daylighting of the Saw Mill kickstarted this downtown development and it’s such an afterthought in that plan.

Looks to be an older 2018 version of the 2019 DRI you posted here?
