Hi, fellow skyscraper lovers.
Does anyone know of a good urban planning study that mentions the importance of ground level retail with residential and/or parking above it, and the positive effects it has on urban vibrancy?
I want to be able to quote some findings to city council and local people to get them to understand the importance of not just throwing up a parking garage when there are better, more thoughtful options.
Max height would be about 5 stories.
Thanks!
