The Toronto Skyline Photo Collection

Recently a lot of supertalls have been proposed or approved for Toronto, and Tall Buildings like Number One Bloor, so I have thought it would be a good idea to make a thread like the “New York Metropolitan Skyline Photo Collection”
This could Monitor Toronto’s skyline evolution and watch the supertall cluster grow among other projects.

You can take photos yourself or you can search for pictures online on sites like Instagram, Flickr, and others

Thank you for capturing that “golden” tower, I was looking at it in Google Street View and I was stunned. Also, that last building looks sharp in overcast

Thank you Thomas for your compliment and also that you liked my pictures. In Toronto is currently a lot of construction, let’s see when I can still make a few pictures.

It’s interesting how the skyline extends far inland instead of following the shoreline.

its because of zoning (as I’m sure you guessed) they didn’t want the city to be more dense than it already is at the shore line for events and such so they only have towers built further inland instead (I forgot exactly where it said it stops inland but yeah) read that a year or so ago somewhere . hope that helps!
