This is the view from South Street Bridge in the future. The Laurel Rittenhouse started it, been in the view since 2021. The next two towers planned to block One LP are 115 South 19th Street and 1826 Chestnut Street, both are overbuilds and literally right next to each other. I also believe both have approved permits and 115 South 19th should be preparing for construction shortly

“Spoke with the Comcast peeps and they tell me that the Comcast LED lights have been upgraded to change lights from white to multicolored going forward . They’re going to work on Comcast Technology building in the coming years!”

But these are interesting pictures from the end of the 1980s. Are these “modern” postcards Thomas? I like the last one best. It looks like the steel structure of Three Logan Square is almost finished.
