Yikes, if I speak…

What do you mean?

is this building like 70% core?

The core is quite big at the lower half (commercial levels) but the space is fine there, judging by some floorplans.

Then come hotel, apartments, retirement home, and observatory. They’ve stacked all banks without skylobbies using double decker elevators

Time and place

I took these earlier today from in and near hostage square, and the pedestrian bridge connecting to the Azrieli mall.

Is this construction site close to where the missile landed?

The missile hit near the base of the Da Vinci towers. Construction is definitely paused but there shouldn’t be any structural damage. Maybe some broken windows

There’s no damage on site.

Is this supertall actually starting construction on July 13, as indicated on the English Wikipedia?

@Waymond_Womano

If it ever materializes it’ll be redesigned by the developer that wins the bid. Not for years at least.

A few blocks away they’ve began basement excavations and finished slurry walls for a project that’ll eventually include a 450m tall, 111 storied tower. They’ll first build the shorter 2 towers, so who knows when it rises.
