The twin-towered 400 Sunny Isles, designed by Chad Oppenheim and “Architect of Record”-ed by Kobi Karp, has reached its top. Well, actually the east tower still has a story to go. Both towers were planned to be 20 stories tall and have a combined total of 230 units.
