First Look: Chateau And Fortune Plan 649-Foot Sunny Isles Condo Tower
Chateau Group and Fortune International Realty are getting ready to move forward with their next Sunny Isles Beach condo tower.
They’ve tapped Arquitectonica to design a 50-level high rise at 15701 Collins Avenue that bumps right up against the 649-foot FAA height limit for the area.
The as-of-yet-unnamed project will include 212 units and 384 parking spaces. The unit breakdown is:
2 Bed (41 units) (1,640 sf)
2 Bed + Den (40 units) (1,795 sf)
3 Bed (42 units) (2,570 sf)
4 Bed + Staff (43 units) (2,995 sf)
4 Bed + Staff (40 units) (3,580 sf)
4 Bed + Staff (1 units) (3,690 sf)
An additional five penthouse units will have 4 bedrooms each, ranging in size from 4,340 square feet to 6,310 square feet.
There will be three levels of parking, with the bottom level planned to be a robotic garage that is partially below grade.
Part of the site is currently serving as a sales center for Fendi Chateau Surfside and Chateau Beach Sunny Isles, which both are under construction. Demolition is currently underway on the partially built Solis condo-hotel project taking up the rest of the site, which was also designed by Arquitectonica.
Landscape design is also being handled by Arquitectonica.
