Information:
Kwan Henmi designed this new 32 story apartment building which begins constructing in the summer of 2013. The project encompasses 335 units on 32 levels. Amenities include a dining room and outdoor terrace on the 31st floor; as well as fitness and yoga studios, a game room, and access to public transportation and the downtown Financial District.
