A rendering of the office campus that will replace the old flower market at Sixth and Brannan in San Francisco.
Now, seven years later, Kilroy is designing a project they hope will be flexible enough to duck and weave as the city’s recovery picks up steam. Instead of three buildings, it would have seven. It could be all residential, with over 3,500 units. It could be all office and lab space, with 2.66 million square feet. It could have about 1.4 million square feet of cultural, institutional and educational uses. The residential buildings could be as high as 600 feet. The commercial structures would be capped at 350 feet.
