2 WTC redesign is ugly. This looks way better

I couldn’t find a top down rendering in the Chronicle so I did some digging.
I have to say I much prefer Foster’s original design because of the taper.

High Res Images from their official site. Interesting to see that they have an opening date of 2031 already listed which hints that they may be close to securing an anchor tenant.
Not crazy about it.
The resolution at the top is not as spectacular as before. It looks stunted even though it is a rather tall building. This is not a terrible design, but seeing the previous iteration makes it look meh in comparison.
