It seems like they are putting a plaza/park where the super tall is supposed to go, will that just be a placeholder until they are ready to build it?

Well, there’s no supertalls confirmed for Philadelphia, only concepts. It could be temporary though, but they do plan on putting a park in between 3001 and 3025 JFK

In their site map, they have 3101 Market in front, I guess that’s the building I’m referring to, but in renders for the 3151, there is only a plaza/park space.
